Good Cooling Effect

Microgrooves use design technology of fin convection optimization to remove heat. Compared with same-power cooler, the temperature rise is lower 5℃～15℃.

取热能力超强

取热热流密度可达到400 W/cm2  ，其能力极限比水冷高1000倍，比热管高约100倍。

Ultra-strong Cooling Capability

The heat flux of heat removal can reach 400 W/cm2. Its cooling capability is 1000 times higher than forced water cooling and 100 times higher than heat pipe.
